All quotes are valid for seven days, after the set time frame quotes are subject to change unless otherwise communicated. Invoices are to be paid upon completion of the work, unless specified otherwise. If payments are late please communicate with me openly. I am very understanding and can work with you, if there seems to be a lack of communication about payment issues, the payment will be subject to late fees (up to 10% per day after 48hrs of non payment). On another note, a 3% processing fee is required for all payments excluding cash and checks, please ask if you have any questions or concerns about fees. If a quote is accepted and the work is prematurely terminated due to the client’s request or an unsafe work environment, the client will pay for any and all materials purchased and the percentage of the work performed will be compensated to the contractor accordingly. All prices displayed are estimations. Pricing will be unique in every circumstance. 

Paint Disclaimer:

Paint matches are never 100% accurate. Corner to corner is recommended if blending and having a flawless match is your concern. As a professional I will do my absolute best to match the color, but matching is never guaranteed. If the paint is provided by the client and the paint doesn’t blend to the clients liking, said person will be charged for the additional time and materials it takes to make the correction.

Discounts:
We do offer 8% discounts for our senior citizens and our veterans only if requested. Only one discount can be used per transaction.
