Contractor is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, concealed damage, code violations, structural deficiencies, mold, asbestos, lead-based paint, water intrusion, or any conditions not visible during the initial assessment. Repairs are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection and additional work may be required if unforeseen issues are discovered.

Contractor is not responsible for exact paint, stain, texture, grout, caulk, flooring, siding, roofing, or material matching due to fading, aging, weathering, discontinued products, or existing conditions. While every effort will be made to achieve the closest possible match, variations may occur.

Contractor shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from repairs, material failures, manufacturer defects, utility interruptions, weather events, or conditions beyond Contractor’s control. Customer is responsible for securing and protecting personal property within the work area.

Any damage to underground utilities, concealed plumbing, electrical wiring, irrigation systems, or other hidden components not identified prior to work commencement shall be the responsibility of the property owner. Customer acknowledges that repairs and modifications may expose additional deficiencies requiring separate authorization and payment.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials remain the property of Contractor until payment is received in full. Estimates are valid for 30 days and may be adjusted if material or labor costs increase.

Discounts:
We do offer 8% discounts for our senior citizens and our veterans only if requested. Only one discount can be used per transaction.
